The short version –

1. As a vendor you agree to not knowingly using any misleading descriptions of goods and services by you to customers.
2. The term ‘Organic’ or ‘organically grown’ can only be used by producers certified by a registered Australian body. Appropriate certification must be provided in listing.
3. Only produce grown and/or harvested by you can be sold in your store. No 3rd party produce is allowed to be listed.
4. All listings use Binomial nomenclature as the heading, common names can be used in the description. All care must be taken to correctly identify listings.
5. Any vendor with more than 3 complaints will be terminated from the site and banned from using the site unless re-approved by management.
6. Any vendor found to be misleading customers will be removed from the site.
7. We value our relationship with our vendors and as such we would appreciate it if you didn’t poach or encourage other vendors or customers away from using the site.
