Our goal at Herb Connect is to support growers, creating a vibrant and thriving industry in Australia. We appreciate all of the hard work you put into growing so we want to make it easier for you to reach your customers.

We offer support for growers through mentorship, 1:1 consulting and business development.  You may want to contact our support service team 

We welcome any feedback on our site from users or any information and resources you may need to help you on your herb growing journey.

FAQ'S

You can sell any amount of your product either dry or fresh. We have options for 3 different selling by weight models.

Option 1,  as 1 unit, you might have 200kg or 200g.

Option 2, You can add a weight measure and let the user define the amount they would like. Lets say you have 3kg of a product and you don’t mind packaging smaller amounts. You can set the user defined terms and they can buy as much as they need.

Option 3, you can sell in standard units you determine through variable terms. You might have 250g packs and 500g packs. You can add as many of these as you like and sell that way. 

It’s totally up to you, when you sign up you’ll be sent a link that takes you step by step through all of these options.

We’ll pay all your orders directly to your nominated account. You will be able to set your preferred payment method when you join Herb Connect We payout once an order is Complete.

You can set your own shipping rate Australia wide. We don’t support international shipping at the moment. It is in the future plan, we’ll update you when it is available.
